Nordic Walking

This full-body workout enhances walking with the use of specially designed Nordic poles and is ideal for sports and nature lovers of all fitness levels. The use of poles engages 90% of our body muscles, while it can lead to up to a 46% increase in energy consumption. It can vary from a superb low-impact exercise to a sports- conditioning tool, with strength, cardio and flexibility benefits, leaving you energized and toned. Nordic walking is a therapeutic experience and helps realign the body, boost oxygen consumption and reduce stress in the knees and joints.

We organise this activity throughout the day as part of our Aelia activities program. Private classes and small groups are available. Gear up for sculpted arms, legs and buns with only three hours of Nordic walking a week.
